Fall Roadtrip Playlist

Do you have a number of family functions happening soon and you’re dreading the drive to get there? Or do you simply want to take advantage of all the wonderful fall colours on a peaceful Sunday drive, but hesitate because you feel tired half an hour in? Well my friends, the Northern Wander Women have the perfect fix for you. What’s the point of enjoying a drive (or recharging your mood while driving) if you don’t have the perfect playlist to cruise down the open road to? We’ve engineered a few options for you, and customized it for the fall, since let’s be real, your ultimate summer beach jam doesn’t always fit the mood for a chill autumn morning.

So Gen has compiled a playlist of roughly an hour and 40 minutes long, where most of the songs are alt, alt-folk and rock. And I (Kyla) have selected songs from across the board; an eclectic mix that makes you wonder why those songs are even together, but then you realize you’re in a good mood at the end of it so it doesn’t really matter. There’s a good chance you don’t know everyone listed (or maybe you do), but here’s your chance to discover something new and great. Sometimes, not all adventures need a physical journey, sometimes a great soundscape that transports you somewhere else is enough.
